Billy is best known for recording high scores in classics from the Golden Age of Arcade Games. Namco declared him the video game player of the century in 1999 after achieving the world's first perfect game and score in Pac Man. He owns the "Rickey's World Famous Restaurant" chain and produces "Rickey's World Famous Sauces". He has been featured in the documentaries King of Kong: A fistful of Quarters and Chasing Ghosts: Beyond the Arcade. He was recently inducted into the Video Game Hall of Fame.
